All of my small offcuts were in one big box, unorganized, and hardly usable since the one I needed always seemed to be at the bottom of the box. So I decided to make some simple drawers in which they can be organized by wood type and scrap size. The drawers turned out quite nice, so nice that I feel a bit bad about using them to store offcuts that I might never need! The design is unique in that the drawers can be rearranged. They are built in 1.5″ increments, i.e. 1.5″, 3″, 4.5″ and so on. The runners are spaced 1.5″ on center, so any drawer fits any position. Watch the video below to see how I made them!
